On Camera
As part of our on-going classes, we offer at no extra charge, some additional services as part of our pledge to deliver the finest training available.
Every six weeks we offer an On Camera Class to see how each student is progressing with both auditions and work on camera. These classes have been hugely successful as each student is able to sit with Lynette while viewing the monitor to discuss their work. These classes are very rewarding and the students leave invigorated and excited to advance to the next level.
Casting Director Worskhops
We have also just started offering our own In House Casting Director Workshops. By bringing in a casting director to do 4 separate workshops exclusively with our students, they are able to address individual problems with the casting director and resolve those areas with new understanding. These workshops are offered at different intervals throughout the year.
Industry Guests
Because we believe it’s important to stay connected with what’s happening in the film and television industry we bring in special guest speakers to do seminars with our students. Some of our speakers have included Academy Award winning producer, Nick Morton; producer/director Grant Heslov; (Grant is co-owner of Smokehouse Pictures with George Clooney) and producer/director Rick Rosenthal, owner of Whitewater Films. Each speaker brings a new voice and a new point of view as to what is needed and wanted from an actor in auditions as well as working on set. These seminars are very effective in pushing the students to actively pursue their goals with great ideas as to how to do so.
